of our customers rated this property good or excellent.

Mrs Gradwell, 15 November 2017

Generally the hotel was fine, all areas were very clean an tidy including our room. The only problem we had was that that majority of staff in the moonlight bar and the restaurant were not greek/cypriot and this was very noticeable when trying to get served

Mrs Musgrove, 16 October 2017

Overall the accommodation was of a good standard, however having paid an additional cost for a larger room it was disappointing that the larger room was in fact a twin room with an extra bed squeezed in.
All inclusive was not as all inclusive as previous hotels have been. The all inclusive was highly limited and I would certainly not advise families with small children to book at this hotel.
Food provided at meal times was of a high standard though, very Cypriot/Greek (which made the fact that we paid an extra 9euros for Cypriot night a bit of a let down as the only thing that was significantly different was the addition of flatbreads and kebabs).
Swimming pool area was marvellous.

Mr Alderson, 05 October 2017

Needs refurbishment asap. Rooms vary in quality considerably. Food distinctly average with limited choice

Mr Oddy, 03 October 2017

Nice Hotel , good location Breakfast was ok but lacked a bit more standards as regards what was available Bacon was all fat and eggs were not grilled but soaking in a frying pan no omelets or mushrooms no hot boiled eggs and underdone.

Miss Lee, 31 August 2017

Great location. Good pool & rooms. Food was ok but not great choice.

Mr Ford, 01 July 2017

Brilliant, great location. Nice food with loads of options.

Mr Butler, 12 June 2017

Hotel is looking "tired" in many ways and the breakfast buffet is very limited with the food not being of the best quality however, the location is excellent, the pool area is good and he cleaning staff work extremely hard to make the hotel very clean. However, I have to say that bearing in mind the price paid for this holiday, the accommodation was fine.

I understand the hotel has recently been sold and will be having a make over next year I am sure the new owners will improve on the areas where it needs to be improved.

Mrs Lawson, 24 November 2016

Hotel although clean requires extensive renovation. The food was terrible, and this was not only our opinion, except for breakfast which was edible. Therefore holiday cost us much more in eating out than planned. Staff with the occasional exception were surly to say the least. Rumor had it that it was in receivership!!Need I say more.

Mr Cockram, 28 October 2016

A good hotel overall but had to pay for all amenities such as tea/coffee trays in the room etc.

Mr Smith, 28 October 2016

very tired hotel, bad service . food was edible and sometimes when dishes were empty they were not replaced promptly or at all and that's within the first hour of the restaurant opening
would not recommend this hotel to anybody

Mr Paley, 24 October 2016

Spoilled by ferral cats roaming arround the grounds

Mr Paley, 22 August 2016

Room for improvement

Mr Ramsden, 09 August 2016

Aloe hotel has beautiful pool areas, two pools and a grassed area set away from the pool to relax in. There is also a pool bar serving food and drinks. The rooms are spacious with balconies and are cleaned every day. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Mrs Benson, 31 July 2016

Disappointed had to pay for fridge and kettle in the room..
At least the fridge should be free to use

Mr Dunn, 08 March 2016

Excellent service,and holiday

Mr Gillie, 27 September 2015

excellant servise

Mrs Smart, 13 June 2015

The Aloe Hotel is very nice, food was average, foyer and pools were gorgeous, staff were very hospitable. In its hay day it would have been a gorgeous hotel but now a little jaded. Really a 3 star hotel to me not a 4 star. In saying that we had a lovely stay and hotel was good but very average.

Mr Shears, 05 October 2014

Poor food cleanliness of room hygiene of staff when serving food really disappointed in hotel

Mrs Allison, 11 September 2014

Good location, clean, nice pool area BUT awful room, awful view, TERRIBLE food and very unpleasant staff 99% of the time. As a result after 4 attempts we ended up eating out even though we had paid for half board.
The hotel is very much for older people, my partner and I at 48 were the youngsters. The hotel dining room and bar are like a residential home communal area.
EVERYTHING is at an additional charge....fridge, safe, wifi......and even if like us you request to keep your room for an extra hour (bearing in mind the hotel always appeared half empty), they want to charge 40 euros.
It's a shame because when we 1st arrived and saw the outside and location we were over the moon but would definitely NEVER go back again
