Our new branch is located in the Crescent in West Kirby and we can’t wait to welcome new customers; hopefully gaining us a client for life. Customer service is very important to us at Hays Travel West Kirby and we always greet people with a smile. We are a friendly close-knit team with great knowledge of various destinations; from beach holidays to city breaks, faraway holidays to cruises, and everything else in between. We love turning our customers' dreams into reality and then hearing all about their memories when they get home.

I have worked in the Travel industry for 30 years. Now I have taken the next step to join Hays Travel as the new branch manager.I have always loved finding the perfect holiday for my new and old customers. Nothing is ever to much trouble for me and I always deliver a high customer service.The enquiries I like doing the most are last minute deals, so if you need help organising your trip pop in and see me to get that perfect deal booked.

Chloe will be your go-to for New York; it’s her favourite destination and she has visited many times. She can tell you the best attractions and give some great advice. Ben as joined us from the Wallasey branch and has been all over the world. He’s been to Vietnam and Cambodia twice, Thailand, the Maldives, Dubai, Jamaica, and so many more - he is really our long haul specialist. Melanie has worked in travel over 20 years and has visited many destinations. She got married in Jamaica and specialises in Long Haul holidays. Paula has been in travel for over 20 years and lived in South African. She also has an extensive travel knowledge including Safari holidays.

We can also provide all the extras that enhance your holiday experience, including travel insurance, car hire, airport hotels, and airport parking and lounges. We have an in-store foreign exchange bureau, which offers competitive rates on foreign currency and a buy back service for your leftover holiday money. We are supporting Clatterbridge Cancer Charity, It is the only charity supporting patients at the centre and specialist cancer hospital for our area. They have over 240,000 appointments every year and almost 70% of the patients making their journey from Merseyside to the Wirral, They are now expanding the services by building a brand new hospital in the centre of Liverpool and investing significantly in the Wirral site.

The support from us raising money to help Clatterbridge Cancer Charity expand the service meaning better access to treatment, A huge leap in the cancer research programme, more life saving clinical trials and a brand new 11-Story cancer hospital. We are fundraising in different ways we are a skydive on 24th March 2019 and a colour run around the Clatterbridge Hospital on 10th February 2019, With many more to add to our list of fundraisers.
