All rooms include a bathroom, hairdryer, balcony, air conditioning, telephone, mini bar, satellite television and safety box (payable locally). Guests can also upgrade to a pool view room, which includes a free safety box, welcome present upon arrival and free use of bathrobes and pool towels.

The Hotel Vulcano is located on the seaside promenade facing the island of La Gomera, offering beautiful views of the bay and the old fishing port of Los Cristianos.

There are two large outdoor swimming pools in the garden, both with a shallow section for children and one being heated in the winter season. There is also a relaxing pool bar, and for the more active, games, quizzes, competitions and different sports organised by the entertainment team. You can also play squash, mini-golf, petanque, table tennis and tennis (at the sister hotel across the street). The evenings are taken up with a varied entertainment programme which includes shows by professional artists, a disco and live music.
