The climate in Cuba is tropical, which means the weather is warm and humid all year round. Temperatures rarely drop below the mid twenties and often peak in the early thirties. A cooling breeze washes over the island, making the heat more bearable. The summer season runs from November to April, whilst the rainy season is from May to October. When the rain does come, showers tend to be heavy but short. Holidays to Varadero are popular all year round, but it’s a great place to go to escape the British winter.
