Would definitely go back
Overall friendly hotel. It was quite large and the food was plentiful with good choice on the menu. The rooms were large with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and beach views. Sometimes the service was a little slow when busy but overall was happy with the service we received. Good value for money and would definitely go back and return.

The hotel was very dated food poor fridge in room not working television in room had to b e fixed and we could not use balcony for last week as painters painting out side large flaked paint all over balcony and painters made my wife feel very uncomfortable if she went on balcony and to top it all we could not leave the room for 5 days due to sickness and diarrhea that's the both of us due to the food and I will be making a complaint with photos of the balcony

We had an excellent time at the Grand Hotel - room was clean and air conditioned and the staff left little creatures made out of towels each day - lovely touch. Pool area was fantastic. Food was ok - had to find out what we liked but once we did we enjoyed it. Entertainment wasn't great but could easily avoid it! Would definitely go again!

ok, but bedroom floor was dirty, I cleaned it myself, looked great, brought this to the attention of guest relations, nothing that can't be rectified. Pointed this out to the room boy, didn't want to know....said they need someone to keep them on their toes. There were a lot of Russians at the hotel, and the foods and beverage manager did say they want to hopefully go half board, and encourage more british holiday makers, as the Russians waste so much food, it is costing the hotel a lot of money..
