Hays Travel Southampton are pleased to be supporting Keeley’s Wishes - Keep Keeley Moving. Keeley was born eight weeks premature and was diagnosed with Spastic Diplegia Cerebral Palsy at two years old which gives her painful muscle tightness in her legs. Keeley’s one wish is to walk. To help her get her wish, Keeley had an operation called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy which will release the stiffness in her legs and give her permanent flat feet.
The first two years post operation are the most important; Keeley has to do intensive physiotherapy courses as well as seeing her private physios twice a week. On top of all this, she does swimming, horse riding, standing frame, and physio every day in school and at home. For this to continue we need to raise more funds. If you would like to know more or if you would like to donate to Keeley’s fund please visit her Facebook page at: www.facebook.com/KeeleysWish.
Alongside this, we support the Lord Nelson Charity Cycle Ride by providing ferry crossings for its support vehicles. In 2016, this event raised over £7000 for local charities.
