of our customers rated this property good or excellent.

Mr Daniels, 21 October 2016

Bit Like a transit camp People arriving and departing every day. They tried to provide a good standard despite of a small number of Pond life that were attracted by unlimited drink Food very good Poor swimming pool - very small and -2 floors underground

Mrs Wilson, 21 October 2016

The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. However the hotel is situated in a very scruffy area and in need of updating. The food was good (we were half board) as was the service.

Miss Calvert, 04 October 2016

The staff were first rate, rooms need updating, nice area

Miss Merrifield, 02 October 2016

Absolutely appalling. Toilet would not flush for 2 days and we were forced to fill our waste paper bin to flush the toilet as after complaining several times each day and requesting a new room, we were told to stay calm and complain slowly!! Most staff (bar a few that we could count on one hand) were rude and ignorant. After reporting cockroaches in the lobby, bedroom and then on the plates at breakfast we could have happily come home. We stopped eating in the hotel. The streets around the hotel are full of litter and dogs mess. You didnt want to stay in the hotel, but didnt want to go out either. So very glad to be home!!

Mr Weldon, 31 August 2016

Staff were very friendly . Food was quite good but not exceptional . Went on a boat trip to the blue lagoon would of been a good trip but there was far to many people there and spoilt the day should be a limit on the amount of people per hour . Waste of money in my view . Had to pay a local tax as soon as we got to the hotel travel agent never told us to expect that.

Mr Best, 09 April 2016

Hotel is a "hidden gem". You would only find it from someone who knew the resort, but when you do find it you will return, again and again.

Mrs Snape, 19 March 2016

Brilliant hotel so clean staff brilliant thanks for a good holiday

Mrs Laxton, 17 December 2015

The food was awful and everyone was complaining about the noise as it was having upgrades drilling etc., the staff were great and it was kept immaculate.

Ms Pettit, 16 November 2015

Good location, good to use as a base for exploring Malta.

Mr Robson, 09 August 2015

Mr Dobbs, 02 December 2014

I found some of the meals better than others, but hotel was value for money

Mr Retallick, 29 August 2014

Very hard working hotel ,friendly staff and clean.

Mr Lucas, 23 May 2014

Have been to this hotel 4 times....therefore obviously we love it.

Mrs Smith, 20 March 2014

Food and staff excellent but rooftop pool and bar lounge are not big enough and need refurbishment. Hotel not in a good position unable to sit on balcony as too close to others or overlooking dilapidated apartments, had to have curtains closed at all times for privacy therefore making the room dark especially as there was not enough lighting

Mr Graham, 20 March 2014

Hotel staff were excellent, very helpful, room was very good an additional chair might have been useful. There was a lack of shelving for clothes, but room and beds very comfortable. Restaurant food was good considering the number of people being catered for.

Mr Brennan, 13 March 2014

the hotel had poor lighting it was too dark to see to put the key in the door to our room, the hotel public rooms were cold the foyer was very cold as the main door was kept open with smokers standing outside, I was told to drink more brandy to keep warm which I thought was very rude. the food was limited not as a AI should be. the water was off twice in the 10days we were there for maintenance and after that the water was brown and disgusting, I was told they have to do this once a month however when I said its been off twice in ten days weve been there they could not give an explanation, the electric was turned off all of one afternoon, never have we been to such a faulty towers hotel it makes the tv programme look good.

Mr Thistlethwaite, 04 March 2014

Public rooms a bit cold for time of year. Transfer in Malta not very good
