well situated, but very noisy until 5 or 6am from the club across the road.would go back only with ear plugs(and they would need to be good ones)

Mr Mills, 25 September 2016

Our only request was a quiet room. We got one facing Veronicas 50 meters away. The room was poor, dirty and in need of updating 2 star max. Unable to sleep as very loud music went on until 5am. A/C was poor, this was a living hell. Got a move to another room, far better standard, though still noisy until midnight. The staff were great and very apologetic - this was obviously a regular occurrence. Food was good and reception areas very smart. Two tier system in the Hotel - if you were not all inclusive, you could not go in a certain dining room or one of the pools. Cheaper sunbeds with no backrest for the others, while all inclusive had the normal adjustable ones. Pleased to get home for a good nights sleep. Need a proper holiday. Will never go back.

Mrs Gibbons, 30 August 2016

Second time been, excellent, near beach, bars, staff very helpful, would certainly have no hesitation in going again.

Miss Moyse, 03 August 2016

The hotel was brilliant although the hotel room only had one plug socket so we had to unplug the tele in order to charge two peoples phones. Also after we had payed to stay at the hotel until the 31st, due to family circumstances we had to return home early and the hotel tried to kick us out of the room after we'd pay for an extra 7 days!

Mrs Atkinson, 01 December 2015

Room was dated, was not clean, with insects in the bathroom. Very noisy due to night clubs in vicinity with music going until 5am in the morning. Did not fully understand how as an all inclusive customer had to sign for drinks and also for lunch and evening meals. Wi fi was expensive at 25 euros for the week. Travel agent should have known about pros and cons of this hotel.

Mr Dane, 12 March 2014

Hotel very noisy in Tower A. This fact is documented on Trip Advisor and people shoukd always be booked into Block B. We had no sleep !
