When booking in we found outthat you could not use cash at the hotel to buy drinks, ice creams, etc. they wanted you to use your credit/debit card to take out a hotel credit for say 50 euros to pay for them.We were not told about this. We were given room 308 but found that this was already occupied, so had to change. Food so so salads, soups sweets good, main hot meals not so good.,

Mrs Robson, 23 February 2016

Lovely and clean, food ok, staff great only complaint is balcony was only waist height which is not high enough when on the 10th floor with kids

Mrs Jones, 06 January 2016

hard beds but hotel soon remedied - Not fully inclusive out of choice so the hotel didn't really 'want to know you' - not even able to take own water into meals.
Room was excellent but this fully inclusive which wasn't top rate products anyway
spoilt it for us

Mrs Jordan, 11 April 2015

it was of a high standard for a 3 star hotel. Only issue was that cash could not be used at the bar. Had to be on a credit note or charge account .

Since being taken over by Melia.Com the food has improved immensely can thoroughly recommend it, especially taking full board, excellent value for money.

Mr Chandler, 10 February 2015

A clean, well-run hotel with pleasant staff. The "extra-cost" items, such as TV remote control, fridge & safe, seem mean-spirited, as is the charge of 8 euros per day for access to Wi-Fi (which is only available in the Lounge/Reception area).

Mrs Ayles, 22 January 2015

Very good value for a three star hotel. Particularly useful is that you get a bedroom, lounge and bathroom. For three people they set up an extra bed in the lounge, but there is still plenty of room for sitting, etc.

Mrs Tupper, 21 November 2014

hotel cheap and cheerful, staff helpful and friendly, buffet food can be described as no more than OK.

Mrs Cranston, 05 November 2014

Not as good as it was in past years. Food is fair to good. Rigid washing aires on small balconies are ridiculous as they take up so much space. Room maid service excellent during week but slapdash at weekend.

Mrs Frankland, 27 October 2014
