Very good in some parts but not a four star in others

Mr Ashurst, 10 September 2016

Comfortable room but the poolside bar area was well below the standards expected and the daytime and evening entertainment were extremely poor bordering on childish at times.

Mr Cowell, 08 July 2016

Mr Brumwell, 18 June 2016

great place to stay good food

Mr Southorn, 27 March 2016

We were booked on a standard room, but we needed to upgrade this to a suite, as the standard room wasn't up to our choice of accommodation . The hotel was very good with assisting us to upgrade this to a suite, we enjoyed beautiful sea views of St Paul's Bay, very comfortable beds and cleanness of the accommodation. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
However, the main restaurant we felt it was like a canteen setting rather than a restaurant. We found it extremely loud and difficult to engage in a conversation with each other.
The hotel does offer another quiter restaurant, which you need to book in advance, unfortunately for us , the second week of our stay they closed the downstairs restaurant for some reason.
And also hotel does offer nearby indoor swimming pool, which is very small in size, the outdoor pool was quite nice etc but it's a shame it wasn't a heated.

Mrs Burton, 17 March 2016

Staff were helpful and friendly. A well-managed hotel. It was clean and modern. The food in the restaurant was very good and well presented, with an excellent selection every day.

Mrs Smith, 16 November 2015

Hotel was excellent, perfectly situated, but dining room let it down, very noisy and not enough seating.

Mrs Stothard, 02 July 2015

Good

Miss Best, 04 May 2014

It provided a reasonable accommodation, but the upgrade to the sea view had a dramatic down-point as to being on the road front. Also roadworks woke us up most mornings at 7am
