Santa Ponsa's hot summers make it a popular choice with UK holidaymakers. The summer season runs from May to October, with the highest temperatures and least rainfall in June, July, August and September. Spring and Autumn are great times to explore the island, with mild temperatures and less crowds. Temperatures dip from November to February, but with five to six hours of sunshine daily, Santa Ponsa still makes a great destination for a dose of winter sunshine.
Things to see & do

There's always plenty to do on holiday in Santa Ponsa! Sunbathe and swim on a choice of two beaches or try your hand at watersports, from pedaloes and jetskiing to windsurfing and boating. Explore the nearby countryside on foot or mountain bike. The children will enjoy a day at the Jungle Parc with its ropes, swings and zip wires. For a splashing time, the Western Water Park, just outside Magalluf, is only a 5 minute taxi ride away. There are three golf courses around the resort to enjoy a round. The weekly market at Andraxt on a Wednesday morning is a favourite with shoppers.

Santa Ponsa has a great choice of nightlife to enjoy when the sun goes down. You'll find a good assortment of bars, especially Irish bars, and there's also a handful of nightclubs and discos to keep you entertained to the early hours. The Square on the north side of the resort is surrounded by pubs and restaurants and offers live music and shows most nights during the summer months.

There are an abundance of restaurants to choose from on holiday in Santa Ponsa.
