San Diego enjoys beautiful weather year round with an average daily temperatures of 21C. San Diego's annual rainfall is approx 11 inches per year, with most rain falling in the winter months, from December to March.
Things to see & do

There are so many things to do on a San Diego holiday, it's difficult to know where to start! There's boating, biking, kayaking, scuba diving, hiking, golf and surfing, to name but a few activities on offer. There's Sea World, Legoland, San Diego Wild Animal Park, and the USS Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum to enjoy. Balboa Park has an abundance of museums, gardens, performing arts venues and also San Diego Zoo to explore. Mission Bay Aquatic Park is the largest in the USA, perfect for a splashing time. Shopper's delights include the Fashion Valley Mall, with bigname stores such as Bloomingdales and NeimanMarcus, and also the great value stores such as Target and Nordstrom Rack at the Mission Valley Center Mall. A visit to the Qualcomm Stadium, home to the San Diego Chargers, is a must for sports fans. Follow in the footsteps of Marilyn Monroe at the Hotel de Coronado, setting for "Some like it Hot".

San Diego boasts an eclectic mix of nightlife. Downtown San Diego is partycentral and is also home to Horton Plaza with its theatres and comedy club. The Gaslamp Quarter has lots of sophisticated bars, nightclubs, theatres, live music venues and lounges to enjoy. Little Italy is full of patio cafes, pubs, restaurants and the Anthology Supper Club.
