room grubby,glass door to balcony large crack with cello tape over to stop it coming out.crack in bath with filler on,water marks on ceiling in lobby,on two nights I killed cockroaches told common insect and not offered change of room when asked.will be putting in formal complaint.rest of hotel seemed o/k but I would only give it a three star at most.
