Fantastic hotel, situated towards the back of the resort of Los Cristianos, which is quiet, but with a shuttle service offered by the hotel which will get you into resort in 10 minutes. Fantastic staff and location and would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was exactly as described and our request (made through your Morpeth office) for a quiet room resulted in our being given what was, effectively, a suite at no extra cost. Well done Hays!

Lovely modern and clean rooms in main block. Good restaurant and entertainment. But room given for late checkout was below ground level, with broken shower, damp smell and lots of dead insects in bathroom

Mr Parker, 11 March 2014

Good overall but this hotel location is VERY REMOTE being six miles away from any other shops or bars the nearest being in Mellheia . This hotel had quite expensive bar prices as there was no alternatives so a pint of lager was Euro 3.50 . Food again was good breakfasts were very repetitive but the evening meals were very good . Accomodation very good .
