Mrs Oconnor, 24 March 2015

tHE HOTEL WAS CHANGED DUE TO BUILDING WORKS. WE STAYED IN THE H10 CONQUISTADOR FROM 15TH MARCH - 22ND MARCH. HOTEL WAS VERY NICE ALTHOUGH THE OUTSIDE AREA WAS CRAMPED DUE TO LOTS OF BEDS WHICH WERE DIFFICULT TO MOVE AROUND. HOWEVER THE STAFF WERE VERY GOOD AND DID A SPANISH DAY DURING THE WEEK WHICH WAS VERY GOOD. OUR ROOM OVERLOOKED THE ROAD BUT HAD SMALL BALCONY WITH SUN IN THE MORNING. ROOM WAS REFURBISHED AND VERY COMFORTABLE. WE WOULD NOT PROBABLY STAY THERE AGAIN AS WE WERE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE "CLASS SYTEM" OF PRIVELEDGE SYSTEM. THE FOOD IN THE BUFFET WAS SATISFACTORY WITH SOMETHING TO SUIT EVERYONE AND THERE WAS A NICE JUICE BAR FOR BREAKFASTS TOO.
