Things To Do
The beaches are the main focus of holidays in Kefalos. They're the perfect place to enjoy water-based activities such as jet skiing, banana boat rides, waterskiing, wakeboarding, parascending, catamaran sailing and speedboat hire. There are also fishing trips available. Get out of the resort and explore the surrounding areas by walking, hiking or cycling. Historical sites can be found scattered around the whole island with many in the capital of Kos Town, which is approximately 90 minutes away from Kefalos.
Food & Drink
Kefalos has a good range of restaurants and tavernas to choose from serving traditional Greek and international fare. The Old Town has many places to enjoy locally-caught fish and seafood. Local wines and ouzo make a good accompaniment to your meal.
In The Evening
Kefalos is not as lively or as well known for its nightlife as other Greek resorts, but does have a good selection of bars and clubs to suit all tastes, most of which are children friendly. Join in a Greek Night in the Old Town’s tavernas with dancing, singing and delicious local specialities on the menu.
