Spend your days on the sandy beach with lots of watersports and activities on offer. Try out a traditional Turkish Bath. Take a boat trip and explore the coastline. Visit Kargi Beach and take a ride on a camel and for the children there's the Aquapark Dedeman at Ortakent with its water rides and slides. There are many shops in Gumbet, favorite products are leather goods, carpets, jewellery and clothing, there are also markets, but always remember to barter to get the best bargains.

Gumbet has the Mediterranean climate as it is located on the western Aegean coast of Turkey. Temperature varies from a minimum of 13-15ºC in January to a maximum 34ºC in July. In April/May/September temperatures are 20ºC to 25ºC. There is little rainfall during the summer, but it often rains in the winter months.
