Roquetas de Mar holidays

Lying at the foot of the Sierra de Gador Mountains, to the west of the Costa Almeria, is the resort of Roquetas de Mar. Once a traditional fishing village, Roquetas de Mar has developed into a modern holiday resort with hotels, shops, bars and restaurants. Holidays in Roquetas de Mar centre around its wide, clean sandy shingle beaches with water sports such as windsurfing and jet skiing on offer. For nauture enthusiasts, the salt lagoons at Las Marinas 4kms south of the resort are the best place to spot flamingos.
