of our customers rated this property good or excellent.

Miss Birdsall, 14 August 2016

The hotel we stayed in was very clean and food was lovely, always different meals to choose from. Plenty of food provided with snacks such as pizza, hotdogs etc between meals at the poolside. And unlimited icecream all day for the kids at the bar!

no air conditioning was very hard work with 3 kids, especially on ground floor as we couldn't leave our door open, night time was the worst! Also having a room above the kitchens made it even hotter, the wardrobe stunk of foist so couldn't use.

The pools were kept clean and tidy and the children loved it, only down fall was the floor was extremely slippery when wet which resulted in my 2 & 4 yr old falling and banging thier heads a lot! The lifeguards on duty were brilliant & always straight over to check they were OK.

All staff in the hotel are lovely, polite & brilliant with kids & very helpful with anything you ask or need.

Would return if air con was available & pool was abit more suitable for the kids.
The negative points are not all that bad and certainly didn't ruin or make our 10 days away negative (just very clammy in room day & night). My partner, 3 boys & I loved every minute!

Miss Probst, 01 July 2016

Horrible hotel, lighting in the rooms were poor. Food was the same every day/night. Treat like a child having to line up for everything. Signed out at 12 with our bags bus wasn't till 6pm and our hands were taken off us so we couldn't get drinks or food.

Mr Kitchin, 06 May 2016

Could have been cleaner and needed updating, but the food was excellent.

Miss Fairless, 02 February 2016

I feel I was overcharged for to stay in these apartments...1 towel and sheet change over 1 week...Very noisy on evenings, people going to their rooms, shouting, swearing and arguing, slamming doors...But, you learn by your mistakes..would NEVER stay there again....
