In the middle of the Turkish Riviera in South West Turkey, you’ll find the quiet resort of Lara Beach. The beach of the same name stretches for 12kms, complete with fine white sands that shelve down to the calm turquoise waters of the Mediterranean, and is the perfect spot to relax in Lara Beach’s year-round sunny climate. The beach is lined with top class hotels and a good choice of watersports to try. The Sultans Bazaar is a mecca for shoppers with over 70 designer shops and boutiques to enjoy. Catch a dolma from the harbour to the nearby resort of Antalya, home to ancient ruins and antiquities, bars and restaurants and also excellent shopping in the cobbled streets of the Kaleici area, with its boutiques, roadside stalls and bazaars. Explore further afield and you’ll come across the Duden Waterfalls, the Taurus Mountains, the ancient amphitheatre at Aspendos and the Kopulu Kanyon. Lara Beach is only a 4 hour-flight away from the UK and is the perfect choice for a family or couples beach holiday year-round.
