The rooms very basic and not suitable for small children due to the steps from the bedroom to the other room, the food was luke warm every day was the same!! The dining room staff were all miserable, I asked one if I could have another knife and he pointed and said they are over there and pointed to the other side of the room and then he continued with the conversation he was having with his colleague!!
The reception staff were all very friendly and polite.
The pool area was dirty, sunbeds disgusting, children's play area filthy and I have plenty of photos to prove this, the kids club said it was open till 1oclk but they brought the kids back one hour early and one of the mothers couldn't be found so they left the child with us,fortunately the little girl remembered how to get to her room so we took her back safe and sound but it does make you think what could of happened. Children's disco each night was 8.30 to 9 o'clock but actually finished at 10 to 9 every day so in actual fact the disco was 20 mins!! Abismal!! The resort is lovely with plenty of good bars and restaurants.

Only downside was that out of 4 lifts, only 1 was operational. This was particularly difficult and inconvenient because my husband has a disability.
In the one working lift, the fact that he uses a walker meant that it was a bit of a crush due to the lift being so small.

The Playa Real was Poor, it wasn't finished so we didn't get the holiday wed paid for. We ended up staying at the Riu Beuna Vista in Playa Parisio, which was much further away than where the original hotel was placed.

Mrs Jobling, 20 January 2016

no dress code for evening meal

Mrs Martin, 22 July 2014

Accommodation was good but location poor as it was too far away from the town centre and beach

Mrs Young, 30 June 2014

Would only return if the accommodation was in the main hotel and not the annex apartments.
