Mrs King, 27 October 2017

Hotel staff very friendly hotel was very well kept. All 3 meal sessions were very very good. We have been to palmanova / Magaluf for the past 20 years I would defiantly return to the hotel. Only gripe was all the sun loungers had towels on them fro 8 every morning with people Quinn up to place them then left them for at least an hour or more in some cases before they actually used the lounger. I think the hotel should put a stop to this or insist if you place a towel you use the seat straight away. This will then be fair for all other holiday makers

Mrs Fenwick, 04 October 2017

Hotel was good, very family/child orientated which is what we wanted. We felt it wasn't 4* though more of a 3* . Great for toddlers not so much for teens or pre teens (none in our party but we saw plenty of bored looking teens and older kids). Surrounding area is brilliant loads to do for all ages and easy to get around. Hotel is situated on a hill so the walk back up from the beach might be difficult for those with mobility issues so is worth pointing out. Would recommend for young families who want a very child orientated holiday

Mrs Cartwright, 13 September 2017

The accommodation was very overcrowded and dirty the grand national run for the sun beds in the morning was terrible and a joke and also people leaving there bundle of towels as a queue is ridiculous this needs addressing by the hotel. The rooms were very dirty and need a lot of modernisation to bring up to a basic standard. The kids club needs to be highlighted In the brochure that it cost extra for a lot of the activities up to 10 euros per child costly if you have two child going two activities within the week. The dining room was dirty all the cutlery was dirty and a lot of the drinks machines were switched off or broken. The staff went round the dinning room with trolleys clearing tables which is great with such a lot of people wanting to eat but if you have just sat down and have a trolley put next to your table with a open bin at the end full of scraps this was a big turn off and stunk I asked on a couple of occasions if they could please cover the bins but I just got a grunt we decided to eat out most nights which was costly considering there was 9 of us and we were supposed to be all inclusive. I think this hotel should be reviewed to stop it ruining Thomas cooks reputation once again I would never go this hotel again another in happy customer

Miss Hipkiss, 13 September 2017

Mrs Booth, 22 August 2017

Staff were all friendly and helpful

Mr Nisbet, 20 August 2017

Excellent for the children, plenty activitys incliding the pools, parks and kids groups through out the day. Only bad point was the reception staff when I was trying to re confirm my pick up to go home, 2 members weren't helpful telling me to go back later and later then 3rd member finally helped and rang the agent direct. Other than that great hotel and really happy with it.

Mrs Muncaster, 28 June 2017

hotel was not 4* standard full of screaming children from early morning till late evening. Pool area disgusting a/c total rubbish entertainment if you could call it that was mostly for children we have used Hays for years but never again

Mr Bonas, 27 June 2017

Hotel was alright...reps miserable...night entertainment was absolutely the worst I've seen...food was OK if but not for fussy eaters ...would rate it 3 star personaly

Mr Wilson, 27 May 2017

I paid for extra leg room with the hotel rep and once checked into the airport no extra leg room had been added and me and my girlfriend where not sat together so the Thomas cook rep took the money off us for leg room and I didn't get it not impressed

Mrs Davies, 24 May 2017

Very clean no complaints

Mr Thomas, 26 October 2016

very helpful staff

Mrs Dawson, 10 October 2016

brilliant and friendly hotel

Miss West, 06 October 2016

Hotel and staff lovely! Food horrible

Mr Wake, 29 September 2016

Very good travel agent service, friendly people at the branch and help was always just a phone call away

Mr Hutchinson, 28 September 2016

We would rate this hotel as a 3 star not a 4 star.
breakfast was ok the the rest of the food was poor.

Miss Makepeace, 23 August 2016

Hotel definitely not a 4 star hotel. Not enough sun beds for the size of hotel, towels got taken off beds if gone for even half an hour making you feel trapped. Food was not great, very little choice - one meat, one fish, one pasta every day. Although plenty of empty space for more options to be put out. Bathroom in hotel was very dirty when arrived and had to complain. Definitely not for young couples.

Mrs Lee, 21 July 2016

Food not very good, and rooms on the small side for 2 adults and one child.

Mr Lucas, 16 June 2016

Great service from Atherley in Billingham as usual.

Mr Williams, 04 May 2016

The hotel accommodation was well appointed, clean and well-staffed and maintained. The desk staff made checking-in, which can be a slow and trying time at the end of a days travel, a smooth and pleasant experience and daily contact with them was always pleasant and helpful. The remainder of the bar, restaurant and cleaning staff should be equally rated, though the food and drinks were a little disappointing but, again, well presented and served. On the Thomas Cook flights the cabin crew also get a good rating from us but not so that travel company's airport liaison couriers or the links afforded by those charged with overseeing the hotel and the coach transfers. It was woefully lacking and error strewn.

Mr Blackburn, 02 July 2015

the hill was much too steep for us, the noise from the apartments next to the hotel was awful.young revelers waking us up at 5&6 in the morning. The hotel was stated as Palma Nova when it's really Torrenova just round the corner from Magaluf. We were very disappointed. The staff were excellent but the night time shows were absolutely awful. Needless to say we won't be going back to the Marina Torrenova.

Miss Hardcastle, 15 October 2014

the food was excellent, the rooms were quite nice, entertainment team were great especially Marco. hotel foyer was lovely The walk down the hill to the seafront was quite steep elderly or disabled would struggle. overall holiday was lovely and as i got a good price it was an all round good holiday. flights good to.

Mrs Callender, 09 October 2014

Excellent

Mr Lucas, 08 October 2014

Very good facilities, excellent staff, choice and quality of food good but rooms fairly basic and in need of a makeover. Limited evening adult entertainment.

Mr Toor, 08 August 2014
