Mr Roberts, 15 September 2014

Dirty/dangerous rooms, appalling food, beach access across 8 lanes of fast moving traffic and 5am start required for sun bed around pool. Total waste of money and more of an endurance test than a holiday. Would have returned early if it had been possible. Complaint procedure already initiated

Mrs Esler, 23 June 2014

Overall very good however certain details like the shower head was broken, the fridge didnt work. Tea/coffee facilities would have been nice in the room. Food was good, a varied selection. Staff very helpful and very friendly. An overall nice atmosphere in the hotel. SPA facilities excellent. Pools nice.

Mrs Frampton, 18 April 2014

Parts of the hotel decor were receiving updating, which is needed. But facilities, staff, customer service, layout etc were all good. No smoking hotel, however its permitted on the lower ground floor cafe area, and the smoke can then drift up through the central area. Didnt bother me, just making people aware. If the pool had have been heated I may have gone in, but it was cold. Food selection is good for adults and children. Good mix of nationalities attending, staff have good language skills.
