Mr Hogarth, 16 July 2016

Very welcoming, clean and comfortable. All amenities were in good condition, pool etc. You couldn't ask for nicer food and friendlier staff. We had an excellent trip.

Mr Williams, 20 June 2016

We have stayed at this hotel many times and love it. However, we have never been in the summer months before and would not do so again. There were allegedly 200 children in the Hotel the first week and almost as many in the second week. This is not ideal for us! We shall go back to winter holidays.

Mrs Davies, 08 June 2016

Good due to location and outdoor facilities but the hotel itself would benefit from a refurb, the rooms had been updated but the remainder of the hotel was very tired looking. The noise from the bar, room to room and the corridors carried across , therefore we had several disturbed nights. We were situated in room 2070, which was not directly above the bar thank goodness.
The reception staff were the worse that we have ever come across, not very welcoming or helpful.
The breakfast and day time buffet was good but the evening buffet was poor, we tried to book our complimentary al a carte restaurant but were told that it was already fully booked for the whole of our stay.
We would not use this hotel again.

Miss Clegg, 20 May 2016

Mrs Caplan, 09 May 2016

Brilliant atmosphere position and food

Mrs Young, 11 March 2016

The hotel was very good. Bedrooms cleaned regularly. All staff at hotel were pleasant and very helpful. Very good choice of food at meal times and always managed to get a table. Entertainment was reasonable. We would definitely use this hotel again as it is so central to Playa Blanca

Mr Mccord, 16 February 2016

We were aware of what we were getting. Utility but clean and well looked after.
Furnishings particularly in the main bar were well worn and tired. Evening entertainment poor. Very little music to dance to. The food was buffet style, good choices and plenty.

Mrs Clayden, 11 January 2016

Unbelievable, everyone from the cleaners to Management were amazing. Hotel was a dream, cant wait to go back

Mrs Slater, 30 December 2015

fabulous hotel, slight refurbishment needed in some areas. ( like skirting all falling off , loose tiles ) we were celebrating a big anniversary and hays said they would email the hotel for a nice room, HOWEVER ON ARRIVAL WE WERE LOOKING ONTO A LARGE SKIP AND BREEZE BLOCKS WE WHERE NOT HAPPY 😱 We asked to be moved. Checking in and out is also a bit of a wait ....overall we would return back to this hotel without any hesitation.

Mr Ogden, 07 March 2015

Hotel back to its former status - all refurbishment complte and with new furniture. Food fine - they dow ell to cater for almost 800 people fopr each meal with plenty of choice, replenishment and staff working hard.
The transfer arrangements with Viajes Urbis were a shambles both ways.

Mrs Jones, 04 March 2014

The Hotel was in an excellent position and provided everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The room we had was bright and cheerful and good housekeeping service. There was a good selection of food and bread/pastries to suit most tastes. The staff were friendly and accommodating and no problem speaking English.
