They are just 30m far from the waters edge, separated from the white sandy beach by a pine - tree wood and 200m from Aucanada Golf, an 18 - hole golf course by the sea.With its truly incomparable setting, Stil Aucanada Apartments are 2 km from the town centre where guests will discover an abundance of shops, cafés, bars, restaurant and lively nightclubs. Public transport leaves from stops directly in front of the hotel. Nearby you will find the old Roman city of Pollentia, which still has parts of the metropolis, theatre and ramparts, the Puerto de Alcudia, and the salt - water lagoons of Alcudia and Pollensa, refuge for many migrating birds. These lagoons are highly valued in the south of Europe from a bird - watching point of view. These apartments are the perfect choice for a relaxing stay.

Accommodation

Aucanada has 45 comfortable apartments, 12 of which have two bedrooms, 30 have one bedroom and 3 are studios. Apart from wonderful sea views, they all have kitchenette with a fridge, complete bathroom, satellite/ cable TV and terrace. The apartments are cleaned twice a week. Linen and bath towels changed also twice a week.

The complex features a buffet - restaurant and a snack bar.

The hotels facilities include a lobby, a small supermarket, playground for children and a garage. Laundry service (with additional fee) is at your disposal within residential complex, as well as a solarium and a large pool for the exclusive use of the residents of the Aucanada Apartments.
