It is a meeting point for guests and the location where most of the entertainment activities are held.

The Apart hotel is situated 70 km from Palma de Mallorca airport of Son Sant Joan, 150 m from Alcudia beach, 15 minute from the port of Pollensa and 30 minutes from the cape of Formentor. The best and easier way to get to the hotel is by taxi or by rented car. Nearby point of interest include the following: The roman town of Alcudia is 2 km away from the hotel where the earliest found archaeological remains date back to the time before Bronze Age ( 2000 - 1200 BC). Pollensa Port is 8 km from the hotel and it is ideal for a bicycle trip from Alcudia to Puerto Pollensa and to practice your windsurfing skills. The Natural Parc L’Albufera is located about 6 km from the hotel and is one of the most ecological important marshlands in Balearic Islands. Formentos Cap is one of the most wonderful trips you can do in Mallorca, 20 km away from the hotel. In order to get to these locations from the Sol Alcúdia Center and back the nearest bus stop (number 22) is at 150 m. from hotel on the road Alcudia - Can Picafort.
