The attractive twin villages on Saalbach and Hinterglemm lie in the Glamm valley and boast a vast interconnecting ski circus which is an Intermediate skiers dream. The ski area has an excellent snowfall record over recent years. There are nursery slopes right in the centre of both villages and its perfect for budding snowboarders with 2 parks with half pipes. Saalbach is the larger, more cosmopolitan of the 2 resorts with a traditional charming centre with stylish shops and cafes. Both have good Après Ski.

Childcare is available in both resorts. Both have ski kindergartens, fully supervised that are booked up very quickly. Book in advance.
Both resorts enjoy great Austrian après ski, starting up the slopes at Hinterhagalm, then onto Goastall. Try out the popular Kings Disco in Saalbach. The nightliner bus service operates along the valley between the 2 resorts until late evening during the week and until 0230am on Saturdays.
