RESORT INFORMATION

During recent years a multi million euro investment has been pumped into Bansko giving the resort luxurious new hotels and ski areas. All skiing in Bansko is accessed via a 15 minute Gondola ride – with the top run being over 2500 metres with lovely snow conditions all year round. Beginners are well card for at the ULEN ski school, whilst intermediates have superb scope on the varied terrain. The Alberto Tomba black run and fun park will also keep more expert skiers and snowboarders well motivated.

For après ski relaxation most hotels provide excellent spa facilities whilst traditional tavernas, know as mehanas and full of a warm but lively atmosphere. There are many discos and nightclubs open without time limit at very, very cheap prices.
