Holidays in Lagos

Lagos offers a lot to holiday makers, which is why it is so popular, the old town is a mass of narrow streets filled with shops, bars and restaurants, it’s a postcard scene with white buildings and a array of brightly coloured flower beds, there are several beaches with beautiful fine sand the most popular being Meia Praia, to the east of the town. The beach with best access is Porto do Mos as many of the others are accessed via steps as they are sheltered by cliffs.

The cliffs are spectacular sight for a walk or for a boat trip, as with Albufeira there was an earthquake in 1755, which destroyed a lot of the town but it has not destroyed the charm it held, it’s a great resort with a wide range of accommodation, activity, restaurants, bars and shops, you will not be lost for something to do or somewhere to go and with a great climate who can resist?
