The Calas de Mallorca Complex has all the facilities you would expect from holidays in Majorca. The Club House offers Club 4 for 1 to 4 years, Club 8 for 5 to 8 years, Club 13 for 9 to 13 years and Club 17 for teenagers, along with a play area, special activities and a mini cinema. The 24 hour reception offers 24 hour security, medical service on request, car hire, currency exchange and excursion booking service.

Room Facilities

This Majorca resort complex has a total of 875 modern guest rooms across five buildings, consisting of twin, double and family rooms. All rooms feature a fully fitted bathroom, ceiling fan, telephone, desk with chair, safe to rent, and furnished terrace with sea, garden or pool views.

Three of the buildings have their own restaurant, lounge bar and pool bar (except the Balmoral Gardens blocks). The buffet restaurants are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offer lavish buffets with salad bars, fish and meat dishes, fruit and vegetables, desserts and show cooking. There is an all inclusive snacks and drinks service poolside from 10.30am onwards. The pool bars serve a wide selection of hot and cold beverages from 10.30am to 6.00pm. The lobby bars are open until 1.00am for drinks and cocktails and also host live music and children's entertainment. The evening entertainment of live music and shows take place on the entertainment stage.

Lovely newly refurbished hotel, all rooms are sea view but it can get windy. Also only a 10min walk to the local beach bars and restaurants. All inclusive seection can be pretty repetitive though mainly veal and only chicken 1out of 7 nights. Would stay here again for a last minute cheap deal

The accomodation was very poor cockroaches in the dining room food attrocious always served cold bedrooms very basic and old all needs a big modernisation to get us to come back to this hotel and would not recommend anyone go there

We expected a 2 star hotel and that's what we got. The interior was fine while the staff were generally friendly and competent. The room itself was smaller than the pictures indicated, but the sea view was a highlight. The food was definitely the best aspect - it may have been bulk produced but it was fantastic.

Originally booked in to 'Mastines' hotel and put on 1st floor above dining and kitchen roof with no view and constant loud noise from roof air conditioner units. [Requested high floor or sea view]. Moved at our request to 'Balmoral' hotel on high floor [but still above their kitchen air con units]. Food ok, but drunken guests noisy and causing trouble at night. Rarely seen security guards were needed to troubled areas. Thomas Cook site reps arrogant and were no help with return transfers and hotel reception unwilling to contact transfer company on our behalf. THIS WAS A HOLIDAY TO FORGET.

Accommodation was alright, food was nice. We did think the all inclusive covered the 3 hotels in the complex but this was not the case

The hotel was lovely with good food and drinks, beautifully decorated (just refurbished) and in a great location. Excellent value for money.
The only minor gripe would be that the lifts were slow (aren't they always?!) and we had a room with a bath and only a hand held shower - not possible to attach to the wall.

Stayed in balmoral though a bit dated could not fault it for the price we payed. Food was posibily the best i have had allinclusive. Got to use facilities of mastines, their pool and bar areas were lovely

Hotel room very basic no air conditioning, tv or a fridge. The hotel decided to close our 24 hr reception and locate it to another hotel without any prior notice. The hotel then decided to cancel the night entertainment half way through our holiday and also locate it another hotel. We were assured by Thomas cook that we could request a pack lunch as we were on a tour of the island for the day. However upon requesting for a pack lunch this was declined. Unable to take food or drink from the restaurant to our room. The service received from Thomas cook was extremely poor. We were dumped in the middle of a complex with no indication as to were our hotel was. The day of our return we were given two time slots but no confirmation as to which one was correct. A bus arrived at one of the allotted times but left half full with a lot of people including ourselves unsure if another bus was to arrive. Thankfully a bus did turn up but a lot later than the second allotted time. Not a Thomas cook representative to be seen until we reached the airport. Very poor experience a lot of stress and disappointing end to our holiday.

Got there great, hotels have been split up and we could not use the gyme or the indoor pool in the upgraded hotel (4 Star). Better entertainment was at the upgrade but we never viewed it because you had to pay for the drinks. Our hotel was only rated at 2 star on the latest tickets not a 3 star like we expected.
Food good. Enjoyed the holiday, apart from it was a poor man's version of Pontins. Life guards good. One man kept the activities going.

tempted to give it a "poor" review - but we got what we payed for. A cheap and cheerful holiday. Hotel was quite dated and food was very terrible - as it was the same food everyday for every meal! Got feed up with it by the end of the first day. Still surprised we both didn't get food poisoning. The location though was brilliant as the hotel was directly between two nice beaches and sitting on the cliffs. Room was on the seventh floor so it overlooked the sea and leaving the doors open brought in the sound of the waves. Hence, still a "good" rating.

Good hotel but needs aircon food excellent,area a bit too hilly for people not too good on their feet anybody with a disability should know this before they decide on this resort also entertainment not very good wouldgladly pay a little xtra for better entertainment.

The food was repatative, the room too basic..our room overlooked an abandoned swimming poole that was fenced off..when you swam in the poole all you could smell was sewage..and when u asked a staff member a question about the resort/buses..they couldn't answer any questions. .the hotel was not a 3 star, more like a 2 star

Having paid over £2000 for my holiday I am totally disgusted at the hotel we were in .when we arrived and given our room we went to the room only to find no beds had been made or cleaned .we spoke to a cleaner who said come back in 30 mins which we did to find beds made but bathroom was still dirty and still had some one else pooh marks in toilet. Food also not up to a standard I would have liked and it comes down to having to buy food as I saw the chief handling raw mat with plastic gloves on then go and pick up fish using same gloves not good at all.

Disgusting, we could not believe our eyes!! Never stayed in nothing like it!! Would never return and complaint has been made due to the standards of this hotel. It more like a 1* we even spent more money when we were there to upgrade to the best room possible with a sea view but this was still terrible. I never complain about hotels but this was on another level!!

Accommodation was as expected and the holiday was just what we wanted. Pity about the transfers though, we won't be using Hays again for that, will stick to the tour operators even though they are more expensive.
