Mrs Henderson, 07 September 2016

Hotel and staff were great, entertainment and activities were a let down especially the evening entertainment which for the whole hour of it, if you blinked you would miss it, if it wasn't for that I would go again but not going to waste my money.

Mr Pugh, 01 August 2016

Mr Cook, 22 July 2016

Would definitely return

Mrs Yates, 05 July 2016

Unfortunately the hotel was a real let down. It was the worst we have stayed in! The room was dirty as was the pool area. Despite notifying the Thomas Cook rep and the Hotel staff, the pool area wasnt cleaned and they sent someone to 'clean' the room one evening at 6pm, they came in with a filthy old piece of towel and wiped away some soap scum from the sink - that was it. We never saw a cleaner again! There was dirt and geime around the taps, the bath, in every corner of the room, the balcony and the hallways were littered with rubbish, old food, spilt drinks. The pool area was cluttered with empty cups, baby wipes, the floor there was so sticky if you stood still for too long your feet stuck to the ground!! The dining area was chaos and way too hot. No way is that hotel a 4 star!!

Mrs Leslie, 11 May 2016

2nd time here will be visiting again

Mr Ratchford, 11 May 2016

Hotel was fine, food was very often cold and not replenished quickly.

Mr Pratt, 01 April 2016

Good ,but wish we had known about other hotel choices.

Mr Dawber, 22 March 2016

very good

Ms Horder, 21 March 2016

Mainly a pleasurable booking process and holiday.

Only a couple of things that could have been better managed I think....
1) a reminder to submit API on Monarch site, as I had already completed on the Hays site, but only when I rang up for another query did I realise that hadn't been submitted to Monarch on our behalf.
2) Perhaps a clarification on hotel names at the Costa Teguise resort. I hadn't realised there were 2 Be Live hotels there, so we got off the coach at the one I'd stayed at before (Be Live Grand Teguise Playa), only to be told by the receptionist that we were staying at the other one (Be Live Family Lanzarote Resort), a mile away!

Mrs Hudson, 17 March 2016

We booked a sea view which on arrival we didn't get one as over booked so we were given an upgrade to a suite and given free wi-fi for the week.

Mr Reading, 08 February 2016

Very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of variety at meal times.

Mr Mcmullen, 29 January 2016

Great accommodation excellent all round holiday 😀

Mrs Penny, 26 January 2016

Couldn't find any fault what so ever

Mr Reed, 03 December 2015

was down as a 4 star was definately a 3 star, food at the buffet was nice but was cold, little things would make a difference i.e kettle and brew kit in the rooms, sort the cold food out, make omlettes when ordered in front of people instead of fried eggs which were then left under a hotplate and rank.

Mrs Petrie, 16 November 2015

The hotel was excellent, though we did think we would be getting a double bed, unfortunately just two singles pushed together!we also found that the food, though freshly made, was not to our liking, felt it was definitely aimed at the German/French tastes.overall a great hotel

Mr Davidson, 31 May 2015

Miss Graham, 15 December 2014

the hotel was clean and friendly in a pleasant location the staff were very friendly and nothing was a bother to them the only down side was that we booked a sea view, we were given a sea view but looking through the water regeneration plant, also we were alinclusive and the only meals that were okay was the breakfast, lunch time and eveningmeals were terrible we were not the only guests to complain, when we mention to the holiday rep about the awfulness of the meals all she said was that she had no problem with the meals, as i said she hasnt got a very good palate, so to say we had to spend extra money dinning out and we found some excelelent restaurants, the food in the hotel was that bad when we were out on a trip with food provided the food provide was better than the hotel

Mr Wright, 24 November 2014

acc. good but has some issues, such as hotel roof letting in water during rainy periods particularly in foyer, lobby, restaurant.

Ms Chater, 15 November 2014

Mrs Graham, 11 October 2014

As Above

Mrs Fisher, 13 September 2014

Mrs Rutter, 03 September 2014

Mr Barkley, 01 September 2014

Thank you, Had a great Holiday in Lanzarote,

Miss Parkin, 15 June 2014

Was a lovely hotel however the area wasn't ideal. My view from my balcony was a power station.

Mrs Hone, 17 May 2014

Our accomodation was good, We have been there many times before. We did notice this time that there had been 'cut backs' that the new owners have implemented. Sign of the times i guess but did not spoil or affect our holiday. Good time had by all.

Mr Mullins, 03 April 2014

Very good. Food excellent, staff polite and helpful. Hotel very comfy

Ms Wilkinson, 26 February 2014

Ms Robertshaw, 17 February 2014

the communial spaces inside were freezing cold at night but other than that it was very good we enjoy walking so the 45 minute wlk into town was not a problem we did that sometimes twice a day

Mrs Rowlands, 17 February 2014

Mrs Lowe, 15 January 2014

No entertainment no water sports. Trips booked up or not bottom boat was glass on sides couldnt see anything took an hour to get to it then dropped off at a beach for half hour. Food cold all inclusive was bear or at hotel lots of choice but same closed midnight night club sold cheap drink taste vial.hotel had ballroom dancing or kids entertainment which was a man running up and down the stage. Nothing going on in bars even on a taxi ride the hole irland was quiet we paid all inclusive for nothing we ended up travling out to find something to do and spent money on food and drink. Would never recommend this hotel ever
