This hotel is no longer 4 star!

Mr Young, 27 January 2016

Hotel nicely situated, Food and facilities good. Our room 102 on the ground floor was, in our oppinion in a poor location compared with most other rooms. Room facilities good, kept clean. We felt that the location of the room safe box, for which we would have had to pay was inappropriately situation for easy access for people of our own age. We enjoyed our holiday and would return to the same hotel. preferable in another room.

Mr Lock, 24 January 2016

Most of the food was cold also the swimming pool was poorly heated

Mr Fasham, 20 January 2016

Food and staff were good but can't say the same for the poor WC flush, the failure of flush once and slow repair. Sink require patience to empty after use. Shower however excellent. Will not return in hurry.

Mr Kriehn, 24 November 2014

Mr Parker, 16 November 2014

Although maintenance was being carried out it was looking a little tired. i.e. Air con switch on door was broken, the telly was useless, and door bell did not work. We also had a drain smell on several occasions. On arrival the drain for sink and shower did not work but we sorted that ourselves.
Overall we had a great holiday in the sun with plenty of good food.

Mrs Lewis, 20 October 2014

On arrival we complained about building works outside our room. The manager assured us that it would be completed in a day - it wasn't. They eventually moved us to a much better room after 3 days when we complained again. Fobbing us off was not a good idea and a bit insulting as it was obvious that the work could not be finished that quickly. Thomson flights good both ways.

Mrs Bruce, 09 March 2014
