Mr Buckingham, 05 July 2016

Very good. Staff very helpful, hotel clean and all amenities and my room met my expectations. Hotel location excellent.

Mr Errington, 16 June 2016

Being really picky but there could have been more coat hangers in the wardrobe and the floor in our room was not cleaned daily despite drink spilt on the floor. Towels changed every day and beding really clean and comfortable. Room spacious for two, clean but dated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and varied. Tea and coffee in rooms but no mineral water, I would go back. As with all 5* The drinks were costly but so near other bars this was not an issue. Pool area very good just like the web site pics

Mrs Mcmurdy, 23 May 2016

Would have liked a sea view much better rooms, staff excellent

Mr Ewen, 26 November 2015

Hotel and staff very good
Breakfast buffet good..
Dinner buffet very average.Had the feeling of being rushed. No sense of occasion.
Could have upgraded to a better restaurant for an extra charge Should we have to in a five star hotel?

This is a fine hotel that is supposed to be rated 5*, but its dining facilities were not went we stayed there in late November. The main restaurant, the Fontana, was a bunfight buffet between 80 year olds, morning , noon and night! Far too cramped for the number of people that were being served. The dining room staff deserve a medal for being so nice and doing their best in awful conditions. The variety and standard of food in the buffet was OK, but not 5*. The so-called "fine dining restaurant" was a morgue, mostly empty and the beach restaurant was closed, even at lunchtimes.

Mrs Hill, 02 October 2014

Lots of weddings taking place. So very noisy at times. E.g 4am in the pool shouting, swearing and laughter! Requested quiet room wth sea view and was given a room above restaurant and level with the upstairs bar. When moved we hardly used our balcony as we had chain smokers next door so had to retreat inside and close patio doors - so much for sea view!
